      Pros

      - Good to build up your CV and skills - Stable job if you have an open ended contract - Competitive entry-level salaries

      Cons

      - Very poor career progression - Terrible management and constant department restructuring with no clear vision - Can’t manage to actually find clients for their products which leads to plenty of projects being discontinued and people being moved around a lot - Extreme lack of transparency from management - Untrustworthy and unreliable regarding any future commitments made to employees (plenty of promises from managers and HR that were never fulfilled)

      Pros

      Manager is great - get overtime hours.

      Cons

      Low hourly pay $24.00 hr is ridiculous low for what made do on a shift. Upper management is terrible, they just pass the blame to the store manager and staff to deal with the issues with no solution. Makes me think upper management don’t know their own roll in response to helping their staff succeed. Pay for warehouse / driver job needs be minimum of $26.00 hr in Ma. Reason why you can’t find good help who stay. Or even CSA workers. Too much to do on given shift with little to no support or tools needed. Lack of staff - lack of support from upper management- lack of communication and training. Without your warehouse team you have no business and yet pay us the bare minimum pay. Without us - you got no business !!
