Pros
Work life balance, competitive pay, pension, generous vacation and sick leave, excellent work itself. If you use Linux, IT will leave you alone. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are on site, Monday, Friday are work from home. Excellent culture - everyone helps everyone. They don't ignore you or leave you hanging. Or set you up to fail. Our LGBTQIA+ employee group is called RainBose - isn't that wonderful.
Cons
Far from home, long commute. I90 and I495 are very busy during commute hours. Cafeteria food is below expectations. Most offices don't have windows. Very hard to book conference rooms between 10 and 4 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Conference rooms have equipment that's often broken - mics, cameras, whiteboard sharing are non existent.
