Pros

The company has been trying to reinvent itself and has shown an interest in recruiting young talent and taking a new approach to marketing, sales, and product development. You get a Bose home theater after 90 days of employment - to return when you leave the company. You also have unlimited pay potential in terms of bonuses.

Cons

Bose doesn't necessarily believe in paying for performance even though they pay lip service to it. Many employees in this luxury company are paid just above minimum wage. The company also has not done itself properly in recruiting talent and energy, or in developing projects - despite claiming to want to do exactly that. In an attempt to reach down and approach the middle customers, Bose instead has fallen for the bottom of the pile and is digging deeper in terms of product quality, marketing, and sales approach.

Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

Cons

The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
