      Good salary, mostly good people

      Cons

      Old boy club, not for women. Mostly lifers waiting for retirement. They take care of each other. Very unfair treatment if you aren,t an old boy. Unreasonable schedules, every man for himself mentality. Jobs going offshore to Mexico.
