      You are listened to. You get to work with amazing products. Good benefits, including discounted prices on Bose products. Excellent company values. Privately held.

      While in the past year things have moved quicker than usual, the norm is that change is slow, very slow. Pay could be more competitive, in some cases, for the amount of work.
