Attentive to needs and necessities at the store level, advocates innovation and passion within their employees and encouraged the growth of all their staff as well.
Cons
Started to step away from a lot of the employee focused systems that I enjoyed so much, lot of turnover and downsizing. Uncertain future for many stores.
