Bose tends to hire senior talent and have them only do operational work with a top-down do-as-I say style of management. Employees tend to be scared of voicing opinions towards management and limit themselves to implementation plans. There is a hush-hush culture and information is not freely shared across the organization. They treat employees as disposable resources and there’s quite some examples of employees leaving in less than good terms. It’s a shame since there is a lot of nice and talented people , but many of operate on minimum effort / autopilot given the lack of room for talent development.
