      Pros

      The company is genuinely excited about their products and doe's a pretty good job of passing this onto their sales staff

      Cons

      The distribution channels are poor in Europe. Store product orders are almost pointless. When an out of stock product is ordered it's a lottery as to when it comes. There is a genuine supply chain issue here.
