Pros
Still many good people who work there. If you don't mind keeping your head down and following direction, even if poor, you will do fine.
Cons
The company preaches high moral values, but it is all phony. It's a typical company where it matters who you know (it was not always like that). The core values of Marketing have also changed as the current direction is to 'use' brand equity, rather than prove it. This will last a little while, but if not changed Bose will become another name that 'used to make great products'.
