      Pros

      Great products, engineering research and development work.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and keep reorganizing to get more pay and new roles while layoff long-term employees through age discrimination. They have systematic approach to force voluntary retirement or demotion and bad reviews to eventually layoff older employees. This had started in 2014 with VERO (Voluntary early retirements) and Domino promotion of younger employees and demotion of elder employees through reorganizations ....
