Pros
Great products, great team, great pay for a relatively easy job. Team-sales culture. Very attentive to detail (if you are into that, I am). Generous pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, free product, contests, employee wellness programs. Lots of care and concern are paid to their employees.
Cons
Mission remains the same but the business-drivers change yearly. I was with the company from 06-12 and took the brunt of the economic downturn on the nose. Lack of new competitive products at the time, but they have since modernized their image and product line. District managers can be picky during their visits to otherwise pristine stores ("make sure all the thumb-tacks on the cork boards are the same color"). Scripted presentations can be difficult and monotonous to learn and deliver verbatim for some. It's retail so you will work when your friends are enjoying holidays off but that goes for any retail job.
