Pros
Cool products, Employee discount, Interesting work, very nice people. Truly an international culture and company. They talk the talk and try very hard to walk the walk too.
Cons
After the founder passed away the company has had a hard time finding its footing and place in the market. It is struggling to keep up with the giants who have entered the sound space (Google, Amazon, etc.) and it shows in the day-to-day, and in the big strategic decisions. Too many layoffs, restructurings and reorganizations in the past 2-3 years to count, this makes it hard to have consistency in the work or even have a semblance of job security. Outsiders have not lasted a long time in top jobs.
