Pros
The company values doing the right thing over pinching pennies. My main store manager was exceptionally great; both supportive and trusting.
Cons
Some of the other store leaders and employees were really terrible to work with. And unfortunately, the company decided to close all retail stores....but they took great care of us right up to the end.
