Pros
Bose does everything to make employee engagement better. We regularly meet to enforce core principals. People are encouraged to learn new things. Empowerment is a way of life here. If one wishes a tool to perform the job better, one will receive the tool. IT support is outstanding. The people are intelligent and considerate.
Cons
Too many meetings, but getting better. We don't utilize one-on-one solutions nearly enough. Documentation is all over the place, and when one does find it, there is often too much and from one perspective to be efficiently useful. Big corporation trying to solve start-up problems as a big corporation.
