Pros
work culture is great and people really care for one another. Colleagues are collaborative.
Cons
Company is completely focused on the US business, leaving other parts to survive on their own. Many leaders at the top have limited experience and parochial but think otherwise - there have been so many re-orgs but each time the only strategy is to cut staff but yet still pay themselves fat bonuses. Communication of changes leave more doubts and distress rather than increase confidence.
