      Cons

      Compensation was a bit lower that other opportunities but I hear it has improved. Some large company feel at times with layers of management involved in decisions.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
