      There is an occasional opportunity for a monthly bonus

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities past the store level. Pay is very low considering the amount of product knowledge and selling skills you must possess. Terrible marketing that does nothing to drive in customers. No effort to challenge competitors or modernize the stores. Products are not attracting a new generation of customers.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
