Pros
The employee discount is fantastic, making products that people care about. The new CEO is really trying to turn the company around... we'll see if it's successful. She is being very communicative and transparent within the company.
Cons
Limited work/life balance dependent on role, benefits (401k match, bonus, pay) are far below market standards, frequent layoffs, in-fighting. Many "old-school" managers and employees that have been at the company their entire career. HUGE turnover among senior management.
