Good pay and great benefits. Three options for medical including PPO and high deductible plans, two dental plans. Covers domestic partner, Good amount of life insurance at no cost with ability to pay for spouse/partner and children, Several other auxiliary benefits available. Holidays in addition to the Federal ones. Generous vacation. Very good local plant manager.
Cons
Can be spread thin for amount of work to be done. Many have limited growth opportunities. Others may have a lot.
