      Work with a lot of really fun people. The product is a great product and Bose has a strong brand presence.

      Some of the decisions that are made by upper management are not great. There's not a lot of transparency.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
