Pros
Cool brand, good for the resume. Good bonus structure. There are some very smart people here, and they try to do their best to stay on top of all the work.
Cons
"Just get it done" seems to be the attitude of many teams. Everything is a priority. Each team has their own way of working which causes confusion. Lack of communication across the org trickles down to teams doing silo'd work. Some personalities are very difficult to work with and everyone let's it slide with "it's just how they are". Overworked employees cause tension in meetings. Back to back meetings drain days, where it's sometimes hard to keep up. Unpredictable layoffs and decisions made at the top level without considering effect. 3 layoffs in 1 year. Leadership is a boys club and if you're not one of the guys, good luck.
