Pros
*typical startup benefits - 2 meals/week (pre-covid), unlimited PTO, good insurance *VERY cool product. robots plus lots and lots of data *you'll work with the number one company on the fortune 500 list. *If you work on the product team, you'll be driving real solutions with major impact. This is not a place where you will be lost in the crowd. *Great CEO change this year. Stu is an A+ leader. *The founder, Sarjoun (CTO) is someone worth pulling out all of the stops for. You will not feel like you are working hard for some evil higher-ups. These are really good people.
Cons
* It's a startup. while in the more intermediate phase, it still has that roller coaster feel while they figure things out *you need to lean in, work hard, communicate well, seek out answers, and generally go above and beyond. If you don't want that kind of autonomy, you won't really like it here. *You are responsible for your own work-life balance. There might be some long days here and there, but it's up to you to say uncle.
