Pros
Bossa Nova has some of the brightest and talented group of people I've ever worked with. The company really values it's employees and their opinions. The technology being used is really diverse so it's a great opportunity to get exposed to things that a traditional software shop doesn't have access to. We really take time to listen to our customers and understand their problems.
Cons
There really isn't anything bad about working at this company. I've had a chance to interact with everyone from the CEO on down and every interaction was a positive exchange of ideas.
