The people are all very friendly, it is exciting to work among such amazing artists, and the studio itself is a beautiful place.

Cons

It being a nonprofit, you aren't going to make a ton of money.

Pros

Teams are very collaborative and everyone speaks very highly of each other. They provide ample opportunities to collaborate and grow. Managers are never afraid to congratulate you or tell you how well you’re doing.

Cons

They pay decently but for the brand recognition no one seems to make super impressive salaries. It’s a smaller non-profit so there’s not too much mobility - but if you’re looking for a small business with younger employees it’s great!!
