A top ballet company with incredible artistry.

Cons

Very miserable morale and culture. Backstabbing is rampant. No team mentality at all. Proper HR is non-existent. Communication is beyond awful. Horrible micromanaging. No belief in employees' capabilities.

Pros

Teams are very collaborative and everyone speaks very highly of each other. They provide ample opportunities to collaborate and grow. Managers are never afraid to congratulate you or tell you how well you’re doing.

Cons

They pay decently but for the brand recognition no one seems to make super impressive salaries. It’s a smaller non-profit so there’s not too much mobility - but if you’re looking for a small business with younger employees it’s great!!
