      great learning opportunity, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Administrative staff should not be forced to join union. The union is terrible as it only protects lazy people and demotivates them from doing their job. Union takes away coordination between position and makes it impossible for people to move up within a department

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
