Pros
The employees are the hardest working people you will find. They are dedicated to a mostly needy patient population. The benefits are good.
Cons
BMC used to treat staff like family. Now if you don't use your AIDET skills you're disciplined or terminated. They let people go that know the history of BMC/University/BCH and are loyal and dedicated so they can hire employees that will just do the job and don't question them.
