* Longs hours, I can deal with sometimes but not all the times! * Management truly values tenure rather than skills. The reason is that most of the senior management have grown up through the ranks at BMC and do not have outside experience that is needed to change direction. * BMC is set in its old ways and wasting money when they are in a hole to begin with! * Also, even thou BMC is no longer City owned or operated, the politics have not changed at all!
