      Many opportunities for growth and participation if you want to be involved in committees or try something new. Salary at or above market. 12 hour shifts. Tuition assistance is unmatchable!

      Cons

      Parking is discounted but still a bit expensive.

      Hello! thank you for your feedback, we do offer medical coverage via Harvard Pilgrim, you can also sign up for free medical on the BMC plan! Parking is discounted and also very close to the campus, so no long waits for shuttles! Thank you again for sharing!

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
