      Fellow workers, good resources, diverse experiences, good pay, generous paid off, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      management does not make an effect to create cohesive staff. Off shift staff are often forgotten. Often fighting for appropriate staffing.

      Pros

      Great place to work with great people. On the BU public health campus, so easy if you are a student looking for a job! Great healthcare coverage as well.

      Cons

      The salary is a little less than expected, but overall a great job.
