Strange place to work. A lot of dishonesty in management. I’ve had nurse managers take time out of their day to gossip and disparage their nurses. I’ve had coworkers tell me “I’m tired of taking care of immigrants” or similar things, which was more shocking after we were forced in orientation to listen to a video of the CNO Nancy Gaden make a speech about “employees of all different ethnicities and backgrounds” working well together.
