More corporate than you'd think for a non-profit - Program Manager Boston Medical Center Employee Review

I was surprised how profit-driven so many decisions are. Of course this has to be considered in decision-making, but it's hard to get my team to be invested in even though so much of our work is manual and tedious due to the lack of resources/investment in our tools and number of team members.
