Pros
Boston Scientific is such a great company to work for - good people, benefits are pretty standard, and the work is very rewarding. I really enjoyed my time working here, and I hope to come back to the Boston Scientific family some day!
Cons
There aren't a lot of opportunities to advance your career without moving to a different department or division within the company. They say they want to retain talent, but they aren't great at promoting from within. I had to leave the company to get the advancement opportunity I was looking for with the salary I felt I deserved. I have had several other colleagues in the Specialist/Manager level leave the company for the exact same reason.
