Pros
Environment, teams, people, company, benefits, time off, leaders, swag, freedom, support, respect for people and process improvement. I love getting up and going to work.
Cons
Lower pay than comparable jobs, roles are not clearly defined, work day can be overwhelming at times and direction/communication from leadership can be unclear or lacking. Limited to nonexistent standards and standard work in place. Onboarding and trainings need alignment and a lot of improvement.
