Pros
One of the only places that I have worked for that has so much opportunity to move up in the company. Pay and bonuses are great and competitive. Can be a great work environment for some. Lots of great people to work with, but at the same time there are some bad apples, but the good seems to outweigh the bad!
Cons
Lots of people in management positions are very unprofessional and can be disrespectful. A lot of people get away with major things they should not be getting away with, then there's people getting fired over something they should never be getting fired over. Lots of people in management playing favorites with certain employees.
