Good for life balance - Sr. Engineer Boston Scientific Employee Review

Boston strategy consists on acquiring new companies, thus its not a good company for disrupting innovation. Salary not competitive. Very low bonus (only 12% of year salary) Site of Belo Horizonte/Brazil is not aligned with global standards: no places to relax, the only place you’ll find to seat is your chair. The restaurant is terrible. For sure they choose the cheapest option of Sodexo. Most of foreign employees avoid to eat there as much as they can. Managers and directors not prepared to develop people. They are concerned with production volume and yield only.
