Pros
Good healthcare benefits, 401K contributions. Bonuses are better than most companies if you perform well. For full time employees, good time off and sick time off. Friendly and inclusive coworkers. Tuition reimbursements. Good for those who wish to not grow much in their career.
Cons
Managers doesn't seem motivated to develop employees for career advancement; no matter if you recently receive your STEM grad degree or not, if you are a high performer or not. So many talented people I saw during my time here that expressed to their direct report in hopes of career advancement, filled out their career advancement forms and lead to nowhere. Like many, I applied to advancement positions internally first then after many rejections, applied externally to receive many offers from same title I applied internally for.
