Pros
Benefits are comparable to other companies in area. Good opportunities to develop your career by participating in college coarses. College fees are reimbursed once exams are passed.
Cons
Workload can be stressful depending on the area you work in. Jobs are very slow being backfilled if at all, and extra workload is expected of those already working to capacity resulting in less opportunities to participate in projects that are required to climb the ladder up the pay grades. The site is working to capacity for it's size yet more new business is expected (which is welcome) but the carparks, canteen/bistro and office space are full to capacity especially on the day shift. Engineers only work the day shift, so if there is an issue that requires engineering input on the evening or night shift, it always has to wait until the following day
