Pros
Decent pay. Good location. Good benefits, including tuition remission. Proximity to downtown Boston is a plus. Access to gym and intramural sports.
Cons
Most managers are incompetent. High turnover. Management is less knowledgeable than rank and file, yet take credit for direct reports work. Culture of blame is rampant. Very minimal training, of which is mostly sub-par. No real path for growth within the department of EHS.
