Not a bad place to get a Masters - Graduate Student Boston University Employee Review

Pros

AS a theatre student there are a large number of opportunities in the area to practice your craft and to make a decent wage doing so. Any one who is not afraid of handwork and dedication will do well here. Classes only meet once a week allowing a good bit of time for projects and homework to be completed and the professors are more than willing to meet you in their office to help you out when you are struggling.

Cons

The hours are long, the work is hard, and often the Huntington is just plain in the way.

Pros

Great benefits! Lots of sick time holidays off. and summers are very laid back. Wish I could have stayed longer as I saw my time there as a great career opportunity. But toxicity, harassment and layoffs made me rethink staying

Cons

Management is incredibly toxic. Even after union grievances, sexual harassment claims and even a warning from the dean, managers continue to abuse staff. Incredibly sad seeing as Boston University rather lay off good employees than hold anyone from management accountable for their actions.
