- Time off - Great training available for employees through HR and eTerrier learning - Great community
Cons
- Management rules vary by department/school - WFH policy is currently 2 days WFH max if approved and depending on management they can control which days you WFH and change it as they see fit or "what is best for the department" - Siloed communications - Opportunity for advancement with appropriate raises to accompany the title changes
