Pros
BU is a flexible, somewhat relaxed work environment with good benefits. It has a good reputation and a clear mission.
Cons
There is no established process for pay raises. Promotions are rare unless you apply for a new position. Employee turnover is high. BU is a non-profit, so the pay is less than at a comparable company. The finances are not always as efficiently managed as they could be, probably because the organization is not focused on profit.
