      Pros

      I worked in accounting/finance department. The staff were great to work with - everyone was very helpful when you had questions or needed their assistance.

      Cons

      Systems had not caught up to company's size - lots of manual work in Excel. Long hours expected at quarter and year-end closes. Management of the department was difficult to work with and not very accessible.

      Thank you for the review and observations on systems. You are correct - our systems have not always kept up with our growth. We recently implemented a new global ERP as well as other technology platforms to successfully address that issue. We have also made systems a priority across our business to ensure that we have the technology to properly scale. We know we have a lot more growth ahead.       Pros

      Overall, it's a good place to work. The work isn't particularly difficult, the team is friendly and supportive, and the work life balance is excellent. It's a comfortable environment where you can do your job without unnecessary stress.

      The work can become repetitive over time.

      -Great culture, the in office environment is phenomenal! -If you can sell the “nice to have” product, it can be incredibly lucrative

      -Management goes silent on you -Promotion structure is not based off performance
