Pros
There truly are some good solid people who genuinely care about the company, their work and their colleagues. Sadly, this largely excludes leadership and management.
Cons
It's an uncomfortable environment to work in. There is no loyalty or appreciation for much of the employee base, especially people with any kind of tenure. Leadership preaches culture, but there is no definition, road map, or execution for what that means. It's just a buzz word for them. If anything, each department basically has its own culture for what that's worth. Everyone is afraid to voice any opinion that could be construed as critical for fear of losing their job. A perfect example is the high grades the company gets when it internally surveys employees for a range of satisfaction criteria, yet BT consistently gets pummeled on platforms like Glassdoor. And that isn't likely to stop anytime soon.
