Pros
Bottomline is a top notch company. Leadership truly cares about employees. The company is driven to innovate and deliver the very best products to customers and places a high priority on customer satisfaction and delight. I am proud to work at a company that cares about doing the right thing, and that extends to employees, customer satisfaction, charitable giving, and environmental sustainability.
Cons
This is not a place to sit back or be an individual contributor. Bottomline looks for and rewards leaders, people who will drive results and contribute to the team, regardless of title or role. I think of this as a pro, but employees are held to a high standard and the work can be demanding-- it isn't for everyone.
