Pros
Can get away with barely working or being terrible at your job Strong in UK Market due to lack of competent competition Don't seem to register sick days so take as many as you want
Cons
Directors in it for themselves Claim to be customer first but any insider will tell you it's Revenue first, customer Second Pick favourites and bend over backwards to please them, ignoring everyone else Brown nosing is their preferred method for promotion Claim innovation but don't have a clue Claim to look after employees but have zero real benefits - unless you count free fruit and pizza friday once a month New hire's are treated better than long-term staff, so they don't realise how terrible a company they are until for a while Do not care about employee loyalty Pay rates are terrible - and I mean TERRIBLE Do not engage employees Do not progress employees Do not assist in improving employees skillsets / talents Do not care about employee morale Management do not care about people, and will happily verbally abuse them in front of other staff Customer billing processes are a joke Don't care about customer loyalty Technology from the stone age Monumentally tight with money - do not invest in people, technology or even product development
