Pros

Interesting product, was a great company to work for 5 years ago but serious lack of company in some product lines.

Cons

As with most companies, Bottomline has guiding principles - two of which "Customer Delight" and "Work With and For Each Other" are jokes. The customers hate us and there is no internal team work

Our Guiding Principles - and in particular Customer Delight and Work With and for Each Other are very much a part of our culture and success. Pros

Overall, it's a good place to work. The work isn't particularly difficult, the team is friendly and supportive, and the work life balance is excellent. It's a comfortable environment where you can do your job without unnecessary stress.

Cons

The work can become repetitive over time.
