I am sorry Bottomline did not work out for you. It is fast paced and not for everyone. There are some comments in your review that sound like a very different company from the Bottomline I know. We certainly have org charts but we do not hide behind or manage org charts. One of our important success characteristics is "Lead from where you stand". Anyone can be a leader on any given issue or opportunity. As for decisions, we are a fast growing $500 million global company and I can assure you there are few details I actually sign off on as CEO.
