Pros
Good people in the individual contributor category. Very aggressive company when it comes to acquisition of other companies. Decent benefits, but they need to fix their vacation accrual system, as experienced professionals are offered 2 weeks...strange. Company does care about charitable giving and they have a pretty good entry-level college hire program.
Cons
The leaders have a long way to go. Not much, if at all, in the way of management training, and performance management is almost non-existent and arbitrary. CEO manages with fear tactics and there is very limited work-life balance (the reason I left - 55-60 hours a week for two years).
