Pros

The culture is amazing. This is the type of environment that will reward hard workers rather than just sticking more responsibility on them without additional pay. There are so many opportunities and directions to grow. I’m 3 years in and have already quadrupled my pay from my previous sales job. I am genuinely happy and I’m able to keep such a healthy work/life balance.

Cons

I honestly don’t have any. I only know the Paymode sales department well but can only think of good things to say.

Overall, it's a good place to work. The work isn't particularly difficult, the team is friendly and supportive, and the work life balance is excellent. It's a comfortable environment where you can do your job without unnecessary stress.
